Pustki

First there was Chaos. Then, in 1999, Emptinesses (Pustki) became into the world. There were many musicians in this group through years, nowadays there are three of them: Radek, Grzegorz and Basia. Yes, the same Basia who created Ballady i Romanse with her sister Zuza. The music they play is described as rock, post-rock, pop. Well, sounds good to me.

Here they are - two sisters, Basia and Zuza. They play, they sing, they create their own music space. Its a pity when you don't understand the lirics, however try and listen - you may like it  :)

Firts one is Ozimina - love song with happy end. Yes, it is not very animated, but I like the song very much:

Music Makers

They use no instruments exept their voices. Everybody can understand them as they also ... don't use words. Magda and Michał created Me Myself and I in 2006. They have been cooperating with several beatboxers. They put a spell on me. One of my favourites is Elytom Encon. Here is a video made by Kamil Słaboń and his crew, enjoy:



Let's start with Tango

Where I live people speak polish. They also usually sing in polish. Thats obvious that not many living in other places have any idea what kind of music do we have here, in Poland. And how good it could be :)

Let me try to show you some sounds and some stories which make me smile. Hope you like it too.

There are three of them - Daga, Dana and Miko. Together they are DAGADANA. They put polish nad ukrainian folk into jazz and electronica. I fell in love with their "Tango". The animation was created by Anatoliy Lavrenishin:
